Cleaning of the Condominium Vent Stacks is essential to prevent clogging and water backup that can spread from one unit to the remainder units. Stacks that are not cleaned can cause problems like the mold issues you see in the picture above.
A blockage that occurs in one unit, even if the unit is not being used can cause devastating effects. When the Unit above the blockage has drainage material it will not be able to pass through the unit below if there is a blockage, leading to an accumulation of waste water in the unit below.
